Rooms for hire!
The church premises contains a number of rooms, ranging from small meeting rooms seating about 10 people, to a large hall, complete with stage, suitable for 100-150 people. Our location in the heart of Oxford makes us an ideal venue for meetings, private functions and public concerts. There are two kitchens with a full range of facilities, including large ovens and industrial-sized tea urns!

The chapel itself is also an excellent venue for concerts and plays, and is widely regarded as one of the best locations in Oxford. It seats about 400, includes ample gallery seating, and has a flexible sanctuary area that can easily be adapted into a stage or a concert platform. There is a dedicated three-phase power supply for lighting. There is plenty of surrounding accommodation for dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, and so on. In recent times, as well as our own musical and dramatic extravaganzas, we have hosted a number of local orchestras and drama societies. We have a public entertainment licence covering the chapel, which means that you do not need to worry about obtaining a licence for your event - subject, of course, to Methodist regulations regarding alcohol and gambling.
